Who can use Dajalay
You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. Keep your account information accurate, secure your password, and use only an account you are authorized to control.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Dajalay a nonexclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights needed to share it.
Acceptable use
Follow the Community Guidelines and AI Policy. Do not interfere with the service, evade safety controls, automate abusive activity, impersonate others, or use Dajalay for unlawful conduct.
Moderation
We may limit, remove, or preserve content and may suspend accounts when reasonably needed for safety, legal obligations, or these rules. Eligible decisions include an appeal path.
Service changes
Dajalay is an evolving service. Features may change or stop. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Ending your account
You may delete your account from Safety and account settings. We may retain limited records when required for security, disputes, or law.
